My name is Penny Conlan. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master and primarily serving the Volusia County area of Florida. My services are available by appointment in your own home.
The newest addition to the services I offer, is health and wellness coaching. In working with clients to target the techniques that work best for them in achieving improved health and well being, I am able to make dramatic differences in the lives of those desiring positive changes; such as increasing exercises and healthy habits, eating a healthier diet to achieve weight loss or weight gain, and freedom from smoking or addictive behaviors.
My energy work is currently focused on Healing Touch, as this offers a wide range of techniques that provide assistance with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual areas of healing. My exploration into Reiki began in 1998 and culminated in my becoming a Reiki Master in 1999. In 2000, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist as in the state of Florida, Reiki had just come under the control of the Board of Massage. When not working in Alternative Medicine, I am a Physical Therapist Assistant working mainly in the areas of home health, rehab and skilled nursing facilities.

Healing Touch is the newest addition to my portfolio of skills and I hope to take continue on to Level 4 training in the near future. ETPS (electro therapeutic point stimulation) provides relief from pain and many chronic conditions, as well as being effective in the removal of scars.
